Poor Beyonce AGAIN!!!

It was just a couple weeks ago that Beyonce fell face first down a flight of stairs at a show. This time mid song everyone at the show found out she was not wearing an over the shoulder bolder holder! She has gotta hate cell phone cameras and youtube!
